Commercial Law

I provide legal support for the day-to-day and strategic decisions of running a business: commercial transactions, corporate operations, and regulatory compliance. My clients range from sole traders to companies operating across borders — in every case, the goal is the same: precise advice, delivered in plain language, focused on protecting your interests.

A Lawyer Who Understands How Businesses Actually Operate

Alongside my practice I work in governance at an international financial institution, so I see daily how legal requirements translate into business processes, controls, and decisions. That perspective shapes the advice I give: legally sound, and workable on the ground.

How I Can Help

From reviewing a single transaction to acting as ongoing outside counsel, the scope adapts to your needs — no retainer required to start.

Typical Matters I Handle

  • Commercial transactions and B2B cooperation agreements
  • Corporate operations, resolutions, and governance documents
  • Regulatory compliance and legal opinions on EU and cross-border law

Can you support my business on an ongoing basis?

Yes. Many clients start with a single matter and move to an ongoing arrangement once the cooperation proves itself. The form is flexible — regular availability, per-matter engagement, or something in between.

My company is foreign but does business with Polish partners. Can you help?

That is one of my core scenarios: foreign businesses contracting with Polish counterparties, entering the Polish market, or dealing with Polish regulations — advised in English, without you needing to navigate Polish legal culture alone.

What happens if a business dispute is already brewing?

The earlier you involve a lawyer, the more options you have — many disputes can still be settled on good terms before positions harden. I assess your legal position honestly, including the weaknesses, so you can decide between negotiation, mediation, and formal proceedings with open eyes.

How do we start working together?

A confidential consultation, in person or online. You describe the situation, I tell you what I see: the legal position, the options, and the expected scope and cost of the work — before you commit to anything.
